Perhaps best known for its kitchen counter surfaces, Formica Corporation is the world's largest manufacturer of high-pressure laminate for use in residential and commercial building.
The name Formica has become virtually synonymous with decorative laminate, and the company's products, available in a wide variety of colors, textures, and patterns, are used extensively on countertops, cabinets, and furniture.
Combine and create. Nothing ignites creativity like a breadth of great products to choose from. Formica® Laminate offers an extensive palette of well-chosen solid colors, woodgrains and patterns, plus a wide range of appealing tactile finishes. Mix and match to achieve your project goals: create a mood, reflect a personality, define a corporate identity
Artisan™ - Artisan has an earthy beauty that’s reminiscent of the traditional hand-rubbed oil finish used by craftspeople to
produce a soft sheen on fine wood surfaces.
MicroDot™ - The texture of MicroDot™ adds visual and tactile interest to colors. Comprised of concave circles arranged in a
tight grid, this crisp finish makes a modern statement in vivid colors, pastels or neutrals
Naturelle™ Collection - Clean and simple, our Naturelle™ finish has a dry-wax appearance and an embossed “ticking” texture
that imparts a realistic grain effect. Naturelle™ is ideal for any surface where you desire the character of wood, but need the easy-care attributes of laminate. Recommended for light-duty horizontal and vertical interior applications. This finish is not recommended for heavy-duty horizontal applications such as countertops.
Sculpted™ - Hyper-graphic meandering lines add instant sophistication to existing, yet timeless solid colors and patterns. Ideal
for vertical applications, the Sculpted™ Collection updates traditional classics as well as new MDF composite looks. The Sculpted™ finish marries the technology of computer controlled carving or routing and the beauty of traditional natural materials like fiberboard. Grain runs across the width of the sheet, not the length.
Premiumfx™ - Maximum style. Minimum fuss. Art, craft and technology converge to create the intriguing surfaces of our unique
Premiumfx™ finishes. Choose from high-gloss Crystal, our shimmering three-dimensional Radiance® finish, as well as Etchings™ and Honed™, textured to enhance the earthy elegance of stone.
Honed™ - This low-sheen finish has subtle clefts and crevices that mimic the distinctive tactile appeal of stone.
Etchings™ - Capturing the subtle play of light that results from tiny fissures and fractures, this softly polished and etched
finish replicates the individual beauty of natural stone and granite.
Crystal Collection - A textured finish in a smaller scale, Crystal imparts a brighter more durable surface to solids and
Radiance® - A shimmering gloss finish punctuated with texture, Radiance® highlights the beautiful veining of stone and
granite looks with 3-D holographic facets that refract and reflect light.
